Here is the interview:

JY: Would you tell us about your inspiration and interest in art?

TE: Most of my source of inspiration derives from anything around me especially nature and the way of life in northeastern region of Thailand. My goal is to portray the positive contents like beauty and virtue. When I was young, drawing and painting interested me so much. Years later, I decided to study art at Khon Kaen University and then Silpakorn University in Bangkok.

JY: How about your lifestyle?

TE: Besides making art and giving lectures, I love having fun, doing some experiments, going on adventures and talking to people. I feel that simplicity is the best concept of living for me as I am the viewer of nature. And I also like reading.

img17

JY: What is your opinion on art?

TE: Art is regarded as the evidence of mankind’s civilization in thought and the concrete result from observing, contemplating, surveying and examining the surroundings which could lead to the creation of art or pictorial language reflected through artworks.
